LEGAL RESTRICTIONS AND GOALS

  • A) Strategic Objective: As a non-profit organization, our goals are focused on the services we provide as an agency. To achieve this objective, we identify the needs of the relevant people, organizations and communities in order to develop projects, programs, conferences (face-to-face or virtual), and training aimed at satisfying those programs or projects.

 

  • B) Financial Objective: As a non-profit organization, we need to generate monetary income to cover costs and establish reserves to work with our plans in the event of an unscheduled economic event. Therefore, our financial objective is to raise funds to finance the activities of our strategic plan, for compensation of human resources, and the overall operational expenses of a non-profit organization.

 

  • C) Operational Objective: Our operational objectives are in relationship with the management of funds and resources utilized to accomplish our tasks and activities. We have short, medium, and long-term objectives identified on our schedule. Our operational objectives serve us as a guide in the achievement and completion of individual projects or programs, to discover the type of resources each project or program will entail, the type of results our organization would like to achieve.

 

  • D) Audit Objectives: As a non-profit organization, we are subject to the scrutiny of oversight and must be able to demonstrate transparency in our dealings of funds and resources provided by third parties. We can provide government-level evidence and justification of our expenses to relevant agencies or contributors.
